I graduated at the University of Western Australia in 2004, and have been working in private dental practice since then. I enjoy a full range of dentistry, from maintenance of dental health and simple fillings to wisdom teeth extractions, implants, crowns and Invisalign. I regularly attend professional development courses locally and internationally to further my knowledge and skill in all areas of dentistry. To further my knowledge and expertise in the area of dental implant, I obtained a Postgraduate Diploma of Dental Implantology after 2 years of intensive training at Sydney. I am confident that I can restore my patient's smiles with dental implant treatment with the knowledge and the experience I obtained from this course. I am a member of Australia Dental Association (ADA) and also member of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
With a keen interest to help other people, I supported a variety of charity work. Twice yearly working with Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, I have provided dental materials and treat disadvantage groups in our society at Oral Health Centre of WA. It is always satisfying seeing all the smiling faces after their pain and problems are fixed.
My personal interest includes tennis, badminton and soccer, and I am a big fan of Manchester United Football Club. I love spending quality time with my wife Jamie and two young daughters, Chloe and Christine.
Dr Quincy Leung currently works on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday and alternate Saturday.
BDS (Otago NZ), GradDip in Dental Sleep Medicine (UWA)
In 2004, I obtained my Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. Since then, I worked as a private dental practitioner in Singapore and Perth. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, in particular seeing children for their dental needs. I always strive to provide high standard of dental care to all my patients in a gentle and relaxed environment. I am committed to attending Continuing Professional Development to keep up with the latest innovations in dentistry, ensuring I can give the best level of care to my patients. I just completed a 2 year Graduate Diploma in Dental Sleep Medicine in University of Western Australia (UWA). This is a formal training in sleep medicine, both theoretically and clinically, to use oral appliances to treat sleep apnoea. With the knowledge gained from this qualification, I hope to help patients stop snoring, clear the airway to breathe better so they can get good quality sleep.
Aside from dentistry, I enjoy cooking, baking and playing sports such as badminton, tennis and swimming. I love spending time with my family - Quincy and my two gorgeous daughters Chloe and Christine.
Dr Jamie Chua currently works on Tuesday 9am to 2pm and Wednesday.
I graduated from Dentistry at the University of Western Australia in 2011 and have since been enjoying helping people with my skills as a general dentist. As someone who gets nervous going to the dentist myself, I understand how daunting it can be for some to come to the dentist. So, I strive to make your dental visit as pleasant as possible and to empower you to become more confident in visiting the dentist. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry with particular interest in improving smiles with the simplest ways possible as well as soft tissue rehabilitation. I look forward to addressing your needs and concerns, providing you with the highest quality of care, and just having a great chat. On a personal note, I have keen interests in badminton, photography, travelling, and learning about cultures and languages.
