Your First Appointment

We aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible on your first meeting with our dental team. We understand that everyone has a different dental need. So with the exception of dental emergency, a full examination with digital radiographs (xrays) assessment will provide a complete picture of your dental health which will allow us to offer you different treatment options. A full scale and polish of your teeth is also done in your first appointment to make your teeth bright and clean.

The treatment options will provide you with an estimate of the number of appointments required and cost of treatment. Health fund item numbers to calculate out of pocket expenses are also included. All health funds are accepted and with the HICAPS payment machine, we can claim the benefit for you at the end of each visit. We are proud to be participating/preferred providers for HBF, BUPA, HCF and NIB health funds which will provide maximum benefit to our patients.
